Spartan DEKA Events at Warrior Tech in Raleigh & Morrisville
Spartan DEKA is a well rounded functional test for all levels of fitness. It includes 10 zones that are completed in the same order at every event, and that do not require specific prior training.
It includes lunges, rowing on the row machine, med ball sit ups, skiing on the ski erg, dumb bell farmer carry, tank push and pull, air/assault bike, burpees, and more.

Spartan DEKA MILE consists of (10) functional training zones, each preceded by 160m of running for a total of 1 mile.
